“This was a dream spot for KC. The property was just outside of the city but was quaint and quiet as if we were an hour outside of town. The view is so perfect for a night on the rooftop to catch up and the hot tob was ideal after many hours of travel. Jessica was so friendly, easy to contact, and quick to respond. Check in and check out were so easy! Would recommend every time!”

“What a great location for Kansas City, I still can't believe we were able to get this a few days before Nebraska fans invaded the city for the game at Arrowhead. Close to Arrowhead Kauffman, downtown, westport, great food, nice neighborhood, etc. Had a hard time getting a ton of water pressure in the master bathroom shower, but a very very minor issue given how well the house worked for us. ”

“We LOVED this property. It looks so cute and spacious in the pictures and it did not disappoint! We spent all of our time on the third floor balcony which was comfy and a beautiful natural setting. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood and the history. Beds comfortable, clean and well appointed bathroom and an efficient kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!”

“What an adorable house! The photos are a true representation of the house, but it's even cuter in person. I was traveling with my son and large dog and it suited us perfectly. The desk area is perfect for working, the yard is large for roaming, the couch was comfortable and perfectly situated and the sunroom was cozy and pleasant! The bed tho? Magnificent! The mattress was insanely comfortable and the pillows fluffy! The owners provide welcome snacks which my son enjoyed, along with a pitcher of……
