It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Comfortable accommodations, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, excellent communication, and a relaxing atmosphere. :)”

“We had a smooth and comfortable stay at the Manresa surf house studio. The bed is quite comfortable, the kitchen is perfect, and the bathroom and shower are spacious. It was easy to locate and plenty of parking. Great location to explore both Watsonville and the Santa Cruz. My one recommendation is that if you stay at this complex and have a choice, see if you can get a second floor unit. The party upstairs from us came back after 10pm, which is fine, but the noise from the exterior stairway and……

“Nice family trip to the beach. The condo was spacious and the primary bedroom was fantastic. The other two bedrooms were small, but were still accommodating. The property is very well maintained. There’s paths to walk on for a nature walk and the beach has some hard sand that makes long walks on the beach very easy to do. There were 6 of us that went and there was plenty of space. Great stay!”

“We felt like we were staying with family. Jaya and her husband were very accommodating into their very nice Loft apartment. The grounds and their house were very nice. There were oranges on the trees and grape vineyards in all directions. They discussed some upgrades that they have planned in the future. But it worked fine for the 2 of us as it is now. “I just finished a relaxing short two night stay at the Seascape studio suite. Upon arrival, I found the suite had not been cleaned, but after calling Munish, he quickly rounded up the cleaning crew.
