“For the price changed per room, given its situated behind the train station, its not value for money. Towels are not replaced, no pool towels so you need to take a trip to reception to get fresh towels each time”

“我是住了五晚的套房，價格不值而且貴，洒店外牆算不錯，但房間傢私和設備很陳舊，房間衞生差，最離譜的他們沒更換浴巾，是把已用過濕的毛巾摺回當新浴巾給我們再用，每天離開房間已掛了淸潔房間的掛牌，但沒有一天是幫我們打掃清潔，極差！肯定也不會再入住這酒店！”

“Staff were extremely helpful especially with my out of hours check in. The Frangipani room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and wonderful room facilities. A beautifup place to stay.”

“家庭旅遊，弟一次到訪這旅館，地點位置方便，環境清幽，房間整潔，接待處的小姐說話有善親切，旅館內有間餐廳，早上吃過早餐，味道也不錯，可惜我在冬天到訪，所以未能享用小泳池，整體來說，我家各人對這旅館的住宿體驗很滿意，我會再次到訪。”

“I spent 3nights at the studio with my wife last week. When i first got in my room, the bathroom was not entirely cleaned. There were still marks on the seat. Moreover, there was not enough parking spaces which I didn’t expect and i had to get a free parking spot far away. And the most disappointing thing is that there was a road maintenance in front of the apartment. Someone was drilling on the wall in the morning at around 7am , it was really disturbing and ruined my journey. ”

“这次入住感觉差了很多，因为商务需要，每半年会入住一次，而我们每次都会需要家庭套房。这次家庭房餐具，锅，面包烤箱都没能提供，生活很不方便，关键还有臭虫，使我们几晚没睡好，后来与前台交涉，才换了房。另外在在结算时，与我预订的价格不和，经过交涉后，再把多收的款退回，所以整体感觉不好，希望以后有所改进，不要再出现臭虫了，太可怕了。”

“Overall really happy and pleased with staying here. It was clean and homely enough that i enjoyed my stay. The only thing i could fault was my first night i could hear people walking and talking by the window after 10pm into midnight but was simply fixed with white noise on a black screen.”
