“Initially I was impressed until I arrived at the property. I informed the owner we would be having dinner outside so we had tables and chairs delivered. I was given Soooo many rules about who could come where they needed to park and NO ONE could sleep over. Last time I checked I rented the whole house for 48 hours. “We enjoyed our stay. We were very close to DC, the airport, and all the museums. It was twelve of us. The home really felt like home. It has a very large open area on the first floor which includes the dining room, kitchen and living room. The adults and the children spent a lot of time together. We rented two vans but parking worked well at the house and was very convenient as we used an app to reserve parking in DC. We enjoyed the local restaurants and felt safe as we spent time in the city of……

“This was definitely a good place to stay. The neighborhood is not bad at all. The only issue we had with the property was there is no direct parking you must park on the street in front of the complex however the entrance to the home is in that back.”

"We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter"

"The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
