Desert Breeze! Close to March ARB and RUHS Hospital & Town!

A modern home that is newly built! Great safe neighborhood that is close to o many areas near by.

Not to mention very close to Air Base and the town itself. Very close drive to many places like Walmart and malls.

The property has 4 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a loft, back yard with fire pit, and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs!

We furnished the place with guest's comfort in mind! Below is a break down of the house:

- Master Bedroom (1) Queen size bed, and (1) full shower / bathroom
- 2nd bedroom - (1) Queen size bed
- 3rd bedroom - (1) Queen size bed
- 4th bedroom (1) Queen size bed

The 4th bedroom is on the first floor with a bathroom directly next to it, the master and the other two rooms are on the 2nd floor and do require stairs.

On the 2ns floor is a loft area, laundry room and the 3rd full bathroom for guests.

Absolutely beautiful property, it was centrally located to food, restaurants, museums. Disney Land and San Diego zoo just 1 hours drive. We would absolutely stay at this home again. We where visiting our Marine who is on TAD at March Airbase Reserve. Beautiful area. Thank you for a great trip.
