“We were a party of seven adults and two dogs, visiting family and for birthday celebrations. There was plenty of room in the house and more than enough crockery etc. for our group. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the beach. We ‘practised’ walking to the Beach Bar on several occasions! Sheila was quick to respond to any queries. And we had two weeks of Irish sunshine. A lovely stay and we would happily return.”

“Breege and Bernard were gracious hosts. They were organized and communicated effectively. Check in was trouble free. The cottage was immaculate upon our arrival. Breege left some essentials like coffee and tea which was a nice touch. It was nice to sit out by the back with a coffee in the morning. We used the cottage as a home base to explore Donegal and Sligo counties which worked out quite nicely. I would recommend this property and would return. ”

“The property was clean and cosy, but the listing was misleading. The exterior photos showed a small house surrounded by green fields, whereas the actual accommodation was in a studio room behind a family home in their back garden. If we had known this beforehand, we likely would have booked elsewhere.”

“The home was beautiful and just as it was pictured in an amazing area not far from the town. Perfect jumping off point for this hidden gem of an area. Can’t wait to come back and explore more. ”

“La dame est très gentille, elle donne tous les renseignements que nous lui demandons mais la note de 8/10 pour l’établissement ne correspond en rien à l’état des lieux. Deux chambres sont correctes si on ne regarde pas le ménage, la troisième chambre avec salle de bain, la robinetterie du lavabo ne fonctionne pas. La salle de bain principale, une odeur que même la fenêtre ouverte pendant 3 jours n’est pas partie, et les wc il fallait attendre au moins un quart d’heure entre chaque tirage de……
