“Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.”

“We stayed here to weather the storm with the power being out at home. Could not be more impressed with the accommodation here. We expected from the two star rating that it would be basic but all the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality and generally it was a pleasure to stay here. Decided to book again the next night it went so well. ”

“Clean, spacious apartments. 1 minute walk and you are on the main street with shops, bars and restaurants. Basement car park easy to find and there is a lift up and down. ”

“We really enjoyed staying here. During our 2 weeks stay the service was excellent, food great and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The spa is one of the best! I’d suggest that while our linen was changed regularly, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned - it wasn’t cleaned routinely. But we will return to this hotel for sure. ”

“Used it as a base for a few days to explore Sligo. Staff were helpful, the on site shop was handy for items. The apartment was great with superb views of the lake. Beds were comfortable, the apartment had all the essentials.”

“This was the best place my wife and I have ever stayed. We also stayed at the Cabra Castle and that was also fantastic but this one was special! A 10/10”
