“Great house for a group of 3 or 4 adult couples. 3 full bathrooms is such a plus!!! Close to grocery store and restaurants. Parking is tricky with narrow street but we squeezed 4 cars into 2 front yard spaces with creative parking. ”

“This is a beautiful location with flowers to make it peaceful even though you are in the city. It is difficult to find as there are not street signs.We had a person in the hospital so we didn't get to enjoy the beauty but it was perfect for our needs.”

“We brought the family to Morgantown for Easter weekend to visit grandson at WVU. We were very pleased with the house and the communication with owner. On Saturday night, a brief, bad storm went through the area, leaving us without power for the duration. We still had a good time and even managed to cook an Easter ham on the grill. Well-stocked kitchen and easily accessible hostess saved the days. We played card games, took walks, enjoyed time with grandson and roommate. No power, no problem—well……
