“Property was well kept up . Clean , maintained, comfortable close to everything we wanted. It was a pleasure working with Leah! Best host!!”

“Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)”

“The property looks a bit outdated even within the style. Waterfilter on each floor instead of the first floor. I was a little shock to get an email asking me to take the trash out, which I did. Considering this is all self-service (make your own bed, take care of your towels, etc.), I would think that taking out the trash would be something that you would do in between stays (new clean towls, sheets, etc.). I appreciate the beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels that you provided.……

“Nice little complex, less than a mile from the local beach! Sweet little local bakery and a Walgreens across the street. Our 1-bedroom unit was fully furnished with everything we needed (except dish soap to be able to wash the dishes-but a walk across the street to Walgreens fixed that). We walked down to dinner one night to the Old Keylime House restaurant-highly recommend! Great local spot, on the inland waterway, great food, great atmosphere with live music. ”

“This place has a lot of potential but really needs lots of updating.. the price of the room was ok but the cleaning fee was bit high, it was ok for 1 night before my cruise , it’s walkable to the beach and restaurants in the area ”
