“We arrived to the property on Saturday June 22nd and immediately had to leave the property because of mice found there. We have contacted VRBO’s customer service and provided photos and a video. It has been over a week and nobody contacted me yet. I have spoken to four agents so far but they are telling me that I have to wait. I am wondering how long it will take to receive a full refund and maybe an apology for ruining my vacation.”

“I stayed in this mother-in-law's attached suite on business and had a good experience. Laurie the host is very accessible, friendly, and helpful. It is quiet and safe as well as being well equipped. “Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)”
