“One thing important at the first: Pls notice that this hotel is NOT at the popular 伊賀上野 station, it is locate at the prior 西大手 station. That is easy to confuse. But let me said that, this hotel is near PERFECT. Location is good, view is great (you can see the castle), room is clear and new, hotel is comfort, staff is nice, and the restaurant at 1/F is, I think it is the best you can found (for a foreigner) in near by. And hotel have a good public bath (風呂) very enjoy.”

“My boyfriend and I were traveling to Kyoto. We didn’t realize how far it would be to travel back and forth from the hotel to Kyoto. Luckily the staff was able to give us a refund for the other two nights. They made sure we felt comfortable and that everything was going to be okay. During our stay we got to experience the scenery of the beautiful town and the people were so sweet. The stay wasn’t apart of our itenerary but in a way I’m glad we got to experience a town apart from the city. Highly……
