“When we arrived I was overwhelmed with dog hair you could see it around legs of furniture and on couch and chairs. I have bad allergies and had to go get some allergy meds. And Monday we arrived back at the cottage to find wet shoe prints inside that was not ours, only to find out a repair man had been there. The repair man came back to fix a heater. It would have been nice to have had a heads up on the situation. Other than that, a nice place. Close to restaurants, Wineries and……

“We booked this property for Thanksgiving week. Three families for a total of 12 people stayed here. Because the house was so nice and spacious. We actually hosted Thanksgiving dinner for other family that live in the area. We had over 25 people total for dinner and easily had room for more. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s new, it’s clean and it actually had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hosts were wonderful from the moment we booked it. Beth reached out immediately……

“Marcus was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early so we could make our Thanksgiving meal. “Thankfully.” We were able to check out the beach before the 3-1/2 feet of snow fell in 24 hours… certainly the beach would be lovely when better weather conditions prevail. Our dogs enjoyed the large lot as well as the beach. Marcus made sure we were able to get our cars out of the ice/snow and was very responsive. “Snowmageddon” truly made for a very memorable Thanksgiving. ……

“The host was very responsive to questions. Great location to wineries and great food in downtown Ashtabula. Beds were comfortable and large table was great for games and cards after visiting wineries. Would definitely stay again. ”
