“We loved everything about this place. After touring the island it was made clear to us that Villa Topaz was the perfect place for us and any traveler who wants the best views and easy access to the island attractions. Paul and Chantelle were amazing hosts and helped us line up anything we needed. If you want a more private experience than you’ll find at a resort hotel this is the place to go! “The house was great. It was as listed and we enjoyed the pool, the pier and the beach. It was windy when we were there but we still swam ff the pier, walked the beach and had it all to ourselves. The pool was awesome and the outdoor space lovely. We had Dulce cook all of our meals and they were fantastic, it made our time there indulgent! The roads aren't great but only 45 minutes to sloth and zip line activities and we did diving, snorkeling and fishing trips that all picked up at the house. It……

“Everything was great about the stay. Very clean house. Plenty of towels and linens and all the necessities for an Island stay. The AC was strong. The groundskeeper Marvin was helpful and friendly. The pool was cleaned daily. The views of the bay and snorkeling access, proximity to dive shops, and proximity to restaurants was great. There were only two issues: 1) The property management company were very friendly and helpful, but they didnt contact us until the day before the trip. The owner did……

“Awesome location and a modern property. Very efficient. The shade from the jungle trees and large screened sliders made for an inviting stay. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the internet speed. The internet was fast enough to do email and computer work, but not for streaming live TV via a firestick.”

“Our stay at Palmetto Bay was amazing! The ocean views, beautiful house, and restaurant/ Bar within walking distance made this the perfect location for our family!”

“Our stay at Vista Verde was perfect. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The staff could not have been better as they were very attentive and promptly took care of any issues that we had or anything that we needed. “Deb was absolutely amazing and her place was fantastic! Highly recommend, especially for guests looking for close proximity to ibagari! All of Deb’s recommendations were spot on and her responsiveness made for an easy vaca!”

“We had a great stay.-The view and pool were incredible! Pool temperature was a teeny bit chilly when you first get in but after a bit feels great. The kids were constantly in the pool. - location was nice. drive to the house was super bumpy. The last ten minutes is on dirt road that has a ton of huge potholes, so make sure to plan accordingly when getting your rental car. The drive through that countryside is beautiful though… passing by grazing cattle, etc. feels remote but not too far away……
