“We loved our time here! Sandy bay is the best. We very much dislike the crowds of west bay/end. Sandy bay is so calm and peaceful and you feel like you are integrating among the locals. The house was beautiful and perfect for us. We loved the pool, kayaks and sunsets on the beach! We drank coffee on the porch every morning and absolutely loved the greenery and privacy. The house was just perfect for us. We walked over to Sandy bay divers and had several great dives. I am already day dreaming……

“This was our second visit to Phoenix House. The primary reason we like this location (Sundancer) is the access to the reef. There are very few places in the tropical snorkeling business in the world where you can access a coral reef with a 10 minute swim. No boat rental necessary. Yes, you cross a boat channel, so heads up. My idea of heaven.”

“When completed this will be an excellent property. Last tower was being built so at times was noisy as well as construction debris was nearby. Pool was excellent and front staff excellent and friendly condos are big,bright and roomy with lots of closet and storage. ”
