“Another amazing stay at one of the best rentals available in Eastport Maine. The owners are truly amazing even offering me an extra night to avoid the pending snowstorm on Christmas Eve. “Our 3rd stay at Seaside Sanctuary and this time we stayed 2 weeks. Stacey is always super-communicative and the house has everything you could possibly need. We were able to get in some nice day trips down to the Schoodic Peninsula of Acadia National Park, Milbridge, Calais, Eastport, Reversing Falls, Machias & Jasper Beach. “The space, location and layout of this house was really nice for our group of seven friends and we had a great week. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The heat was not working downstairs upon arrival, but he had a repairman come in to fix it and he also came over immediately when we were having trouble turning the fire pit on. House seemed neat and tidy when we first arrived, but we quickly noticed the floors were not well swept or vacuumed and both a coffee table and side……

“The property and views were so much better than expected! We especially enjoyed the wicker recliners on the deck for watching the sea life and tides. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was great. Easy into town yet very private. We enjoyed our time at Birch Point and the Lubec area. Maine is a favorite vacation spot, and we will certainly look to return if our travels bring us north again. Thank you!”

“Overall, our stay in Lubec was amazing! The location was fantastic - beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes from town. The house was lovely and well supplied. The lobster pot was perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were a lot of flys in the house during our week there. Never did figure out where they came in the house, but they were bad and they did bite! Also a lot of spider webs that had not been knocked down in a while.
