“Hotel undergoing renovations when we stayed. Halls were messy with carpeting materials, so caution was required when walking. Construction workers were polite, friendly and helpful. Staff were as well. Good breakfast (sit down, eggs, bacon and toast served). The only problem was loud and obnoxious guests at the hotel. Surrounding area wasn't great. We were a bit nervous leaving our vehicle parked outside.”

“It’s a great place for a stopover trip. The room, although on the topmost no-elevator floor, had everything to be a longer stay suite. The hotel has a lounge and being like most downtown venues, doesn’t attract the greatest clientele. But our BMW didn’t get broken into so that was a relief.”

“The room was very economical and convenient for a function we were attending. The room was very spacious and clean. We rented a king room, but it was more like a suite and very large, so was very happy with that. The breakfast was nothing special, but coffee and a piece of toast was all I was interested in, which were fine. The only item that wasn't great, and I had noted in other reviews, was the fact that the building is wood construction, so the floors squeak and there was one or two……
