“My mom and my kids were in town for hockey. They were told the room we booked no longer existed since the renovation. But they were quick to come up with a solution of giving them another room and at no extra cost. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice of there was a pool... but there is a community pool close by so that was nice. ”

“We were a little confused when we arrived in Grande Cashe because we went to the long stay building first when we got into town. A sign on the door would have been handy directing patrons to the main lobby for check in. other than that the breakfast and the grounds where very good. I would highly recommend this hotel for people traveling with pets.”
