“had a really nice experience with a staff member whose name started with ‘W’. They were very helpful and made my stay enjoyable.”

“Everything is good. Do prepare your own toothbrush and slippers. They provided toiletries. Breakfast was ok. And always have starbucks coffe at the looby to self serve. But the conditioners are different to squeeze out.”

“I was placed in a room directly above the bar which played music until 11 pm. Had I known in advance there would be loud music until that late I would have asked for a different room at check in”

“The front desk is really friendly and helpful, very welcoming. It’s our first time here in Hinton and the place was super nice, clean and comfy bed. They’re very accommodating with pet as well coz we have our dog with us! Highly recommended that’s for sure. Grocery store and liquor store is just walking distance from this place. ”

“We had a fabulous one night stay at the Whistler's Inn. We were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who allowed us to check in early and provided us with a free upgrade to the only room in the hotel with a balcony. She shared helpful information about the hotel and we enjoyed both food and drink at the pub. The hot tub provided a nice view of the mountains and the only negative I can think of was that the glass in front of the hot tub was a bit dirty and so that impacted the view. Overall,……

“It was late that night when we arrived, but the front desk was very patient and professional when checking in. After we checked in, the front desk staff made a phone return visit. Maybe there was a big party that day and the elevator was a little dirty. But we were very impressed by the service at the front desk. The location of the hotel is good, easy to access the west Edmonton mall or the Premium Outlet Collection Mall.”
