“Was our first time at this property. We come in excess of 10 times a year to the city from McMurray. The hotel was very clean, pool and hot tub both working and clean. Service and staff were super friendly, the breakfast also was good for being included. The location also was great for us as we hit up the complex across the road for the wave pool and indoor playground for our little girl. To be honest I have nothing to complain about, room was clean quiet and comfortable for our stay. ”

“Appaerntly there is only1 ice machine, at least that we know of. We ever did find.it. Reception told me on the 2nd floor nope, then I was told in the Lounge, Lounge doesn't open until 4. Then Inwas told at the far e d of the mail floor in tower 1, never got there bexause I got ice from the Lounge bar. I walked all over and did not find it. That ticked me off a bit.”

“We love staying here because of the junior suite that has 2 distinct bedrooms. Only 1 complaint- when the bedroom door is closed the outer area does not have access to air conditioning and it gets really hot. I usually bring a small fan with me each time, it helps. ”
