It's also relatively close to downtown Ligonier, which has several different restaurants to scope out if you're willing to drive a little. “The property itself was clean and in good working order. Check in was easy. Ample linens, silverware, cleaning supplies and dried wood available onsite. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds, loft area, outdoor rocking chairs and fire pit. There’s no freezer, oven, or formal dining area. The one coffee table needs replaced. “Our family loved our stay in this perfect, cozy mountaintop retreat. The location can't be beat as it is literally the closest home to Laurel Mountain Ski Resort. The place had everything you need for a great time away, including wonderful little touches such as the wood stove being prepped for a fire upon our arrival. Lenor & Tom had all the comforts of home. Super cute & clean place! “Overall, had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, but the age of the building combined with the poor weather conditions were causing more and more issues. One of the elevators felt unsafe and very poorly maintained. This also happened to be on the side of the building with the severe roof leak. The side door which lead to the "scary" elevator also appeared to lock properly, leaving it operable even at night.”
