“This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean, good amenities, and comfortable. Property manager did a great job communicating when he needed to come to the unit to fix something. Very convenient location, close to Downtown and with lots of restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive.”

“This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……
