“Työntekijät eivät osaa englantia, paitsi isäntä, joka olikin erittäin mukava ja ystävällinen. Emännän touhu vaikutti ehkä siksi epäystävälliseltä, koska hän ei osaa Englantia ja hän mumisi itsekseen Italiaa esim. sisään- ja uloskirjauksen yhteydessä. Ilmastointi oli todella tehoton, ja yöllä oli 26 astetta lämmintä huoneessa. Kaikki mitä he myyvät, paitsi ehkä viini mukaan, on erittäin ylihinnoiteltua. “This was an excellent hotel, well located an easy walk to the train station and the center of Alba. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The staff was helpful when I needed to arrange a taxi. The breakfast was also a nice plus! Highly recommend!! ”
