“The view was spectacular, there are some deck chairs and we loved the place. The kitchen was decently equipped but better for pre prepped food. Take tea and coffee, none there. We also experienced the sulfur smelling water although it was not too severe. Beds were comfortable, We would definitely book again. ”

“Really neat home that fueled lots of fun and even a ghost story or two from my kids. Great for families wanting to do reunions etc as multiple masters are there. Town and supplies are less than 10 minutes away but its very private. Beautiful star gazing”

We loved the house, it was charming, well maintained with gorgeous views of the water; there was a hot tub on the deck & pickleball courts just down the street. ”

“Hundreds of carpender ants throughout the house. Crawled on guests while they were sleeping. Were in every room of the house. Carpets in bottom right bedroom smelled. Tap water in house would benefit from filtration to improve taste. Was difficult to access entrance code and had to call host. Email with entry code should be optimized for mobile devices.”

“ We had a fantastic stay at Kristen’s place this past weekend. Kristen was a wonderful hostess, quick to communicate and very responsive throughout our time there, which made everything smooth and easy.We arrived late at night and had no trouble getting into the house. One small note is that Google Maps initially took us to the opposite side of the alley, which caused a bit of confusion, but once we found the correct street, everything was straightforward from there.The home itself was……

“This house was everything we dreamed of and more. Perfect size and location for a family of four with two younger kids. Close proximity to all of our favorite activities and restaurants on Orcas. “I would go here again, and recommend it to anyone. Right in the heart of Eastsound with a water view, as well as a view of the town. There are many shops and restaurants right out the door. Barnes is restful and calm. Very nice decor, and heated bathroom floor!”
