“The house is nice and very clean. We had 10 adults as it states it holds. Luckily only 7 made it. They have 2 bunk beds ( one is bigger) and 2 queen size beds. It looks like 3 bunk beds in the photo’s. They are expecting grown men to sleep together. Luckily they had a large couch. They didn’t mow around the house and the mosquitos were horrible. It would be good for a family of 8 that could sleep together at most. Watch out for the gas grill. It had so much grease in the bottom that it caught……

“Off the beaten path house that’s very nice. Has everything you need for a quiet peaceful stay without any drama or disturbances. The livestock on the surrounding ranch adds to the appeal. It was our second stay and it did not let me down. Close to town. Make sure to check out the Pecan Grille while here. ”

“I’ve always been a little hesitant about staying certain places but Paula’s place was perfect for me! She’s very helpful and her instructions for check in and check out are very clear. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! Definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting brownwood! ”

“There were issues with the mini fridge (was not level, so the bureau would not close without lifting the door). There was also a fire in the housekeeping laundry room and smoke and smell of fire permeated the hotel. I still am impressed with the staff and their willingness to assist. ”
