I also received a text early in the day asking me to text them when I check out so they can get in the room faster. “We absolutely loved the Dwell Hotel! It has so much character and our room was large with a huge bathtub, sitting area and balcony. The hotel has plenty of quaint sitting areas and 2 lounges and a fun bar. The bar was closed on Tuesday when we arrived, so the front desk staff provided free wine and beer which we enjoyed in the lounge while playing a game. “The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience.
