“The bathroom downstairs toilet leaked, the floor was wet the entire time. The ceiling downstairs was leaking, we had to have towels down almost the entire time. The house was NOT CLEANED. I had to spend two hours cleaning it after arriving. There was a dead rat in the kitchen sink drain. We had to sleep with the rancid smell the first night. Owners sent a maintenance man who got half of the rat out of the sink and left. My husband had to open the sink and drain and get the other half. ……

“The house was very charming! Highlights were the hardwood floors, tasteful decor, cleanliness, and friendly welcome! The property has been well maintained, with very clean and updated bathrooms, comfortable beds upstairs, and spacious kitchen, dining, and family/living areas downstairs. We played games and watched a couple movies during our stay, and walked the short distance to enjoy the downtown square to shop, dine, and browse the farmers market. And that was all before the Saturday evening……

“The penthouse is a great place on the square. Beautiful place. Everything you need they have covered. This is our second time and we will be back. The egg chairs are awesome. Very close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!”

“We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. Tower fan available - great for those that prefer white noise when sleeping - like us. New room darkening curtains in living room and bedrooms. Washer and dryer so convenient for those……

“Enjoyed the ability to have a bedroom and bathroom for everyone, plenty of activities so no one was bored and plenty of room to sit and dine together as a family. ”

“The place was warm and cozy despite sub-zero temps outside. I didn't require a lot, but everything I needed was provided (coffee pot, fridge, and microwave). The newly improved bathroom was lovely, great shower space! Would love to visit again when it's not so cold. Seems like a nice neighborhood to take a walk and stretch my legs. ”
