“Great house. We were on a 12 man golf trip and the place was perfect. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, short rides to where we needed to go, and Chris was an excellent host. A, highly recommend. ”

“As pictured, this quaint cozy cottage was perfect for our brief stay in Le Claire. Kristy is a terrific host-quick to respond to the questions we had. An easy walk to shops and dining, the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely deck. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully organized and the bathroom is plenty roomy and has a terrific shower head. If in the area, we will definitely stay again.”

“We were infested by mayflies inside, had to leave after second day of 4 day stay...trying to get partial refund. rotten wood on bottom of door open to outside. trash in yard, filthy dishes in kitchen, fish hooks in carpet. didn't know it was upstairs only until day before we got there, which was difficult for my wife. I doubt this place would pass an inspection!”

“We checked in at the appointed time, just after 4, and found dirty dishes in the sink, dirty floors, dirty clothes in the washer, beds unmade, dead bugs. The only good thing I can say about it is that the bugs were dead. This place was totally a mess. We found lodging at a nearby hotel and are still working to settle for a full refund! I would NOT recommend this property, or the manager in charge of it to anyone! Much too slow to make good on the promised full refund.”
