“My family got together to celebrate a 70th, 50th, and 23rd birthday. We had 10 adults and 2 little ones. The sprawling layout is nice with mostly first floor bedrooms for people who don’t do stairs well. The bedroom and bathroom layouts are pretty strange. All the bathrooms with a shower are connnected and the main one is intended to be a public pool shower, so if it’s not all family or close friends it could feel awkward. We made it work. We had a blast in the pool and hot tub and enjoyed……

“We went here for our “Spring” break trip in March. Very nice property! A cozy northern getaway! A lot of outdoor activities that made it even more worthwhile. Great communication with the lister and lots of flexibility on their end. Only thing that we were a bit surprised by was how much iron there was in the water but this was at no fault of the lister, just comes with this region. Highly recommend!”

“It was so fun staying in a house with such great history! I had forgotten that the house didn’t have AC so I was a little worried, but it was completely fine. Having the windows open and with Lake Superior so close, it stayed nice & cool and then we had the added bonus of hearing the waves crash! The entire home was extremely clean and Sean was very responsive to my few questions. I would definitely recommend!”

“We come to Michigan to go snowmobiling and stayed in this house. It was 2 miles either way to the trails. The house was very nice, very clean, and well-appointed. The fireplace was nice. There was a lot of places to sit and hang out. The property was well kept and the owners were very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“We stayed for the weekend to attend a football game in Marquette. It was a great location just outside of Marquette. We ate at a great place in Harvey called Lake Superior Smokehouse Brewpub 200 W Main St, Harvey, MI 49855. We highly recommend eating there. If you dont want to go out, the house has a nice grill on the back deck. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom in the hallway between them. The other two bedrooms are in the basement.
