“Great property, easy access, and great host. Jethro added to the enjoyment of our trip by giving us tips on locations, activities, restaurants, shopping, and even helping us with our drinking water. He did not have to be as attentive and kind as he was, but he was anyway. We were warned about power outages but didn’t have any problems during our stay. The path and beach walk to Tippys was a great experience. We recommend.”

“The positives: the outdoor spaces are lovely and the position of the home is stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling in and around the cove. The heated pool was fantastic and the kids spent hours in there. The bedding was super comfortable. Great having a generator as the power went out a couple times. The drawbacks: the layout of the house is quite strange, even more so than I realized from the photos and other descriptions. Since we were preparing all our own food and didn't hire……

“Much more than 5 stars! Breathtaking view, beautiful "really pink sand". Drove to other Eleuthera beaches but this one the best; snorkeling, swimming, beach walking, ,just chillin with all beach amenities provided. Pool and deck, so relaxing, wonderful! Loved the actual Villa itself! Very comfortable floor plan, screened porch 10***, ENDLESS Amenities included, very unexpected!!! Best VRBO winner of our vacation trips. Only 1 downside...Packing up, leaving Eleuthera Heaven. Our Host Kirk,……

“This house is wonderful! The spaces are all comfortable and made for relaxing as a group. Having separate houses for family members was such a nice escape. The beach is gorgeous and you have it all to yourselves! We loved how close we were to Buccaneer and the farmers market. It was also completely isolated. This is such a great find!”

“Worked well as a home base. Everything worked well and enjoyed the birds in the pond in back.Wish there were more than 3 dishwasher pods for the week. For four people it doesn't last long. The beach has a lot of sharp glass so be careful of that. Some of them stick straight up out of the rocks like they are part of the rocks. Ten Bay beach was a very short drive and perfect for kids. ”

“We had an amazing week at the cottage. The location was a short drive away from a handful of carribbean beaches and amazing restaurants. We spent the last two days lounging on our beach which was great for snorkeling. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. ”
