“It was convenience to downtown. It was right around the corner from PicPac. The price was good but there was some issues when we first got there. The heat wasn’t on and wven when it said it was it wouldn’t come on. I had to contact the property owner and the property opener said everything was good but after about 30 minutes of being there, some thing happening and it got turned on. Her phone said not available and couldn’t leave a message her messages were all full. She then text and said the property was not available to call and cancel it. But no response until the day of. That’s a scary and embarrassing feeling when you have people depending on you. Please don’t try to rent this property thru VRBO. VRBO NEEDS TO REMOVE HER AND……

“Owner is fantastic to work with and very personable. We were there for 3 nights and had storms come through Saturday and Saturday night. Lost power with the wind damage. We managed and never complained at all. Mentioned to homeowner that we cleaned up the best we could without water and electricity. May look into having a generator connected to the house just for back up.at lest to run some lights and for sure the well for water. Would recommend this place to anyone. Very private and home……

“Has everything we needed for our family. The games and hot tub were a bonus and we all had a great time. We personally enjoyed the loose dogs as there were all very friendly and really bonded with my 8 year old. They do chase when you leave, but just take your time and they stop a short distance up the drive.We were able to get to Cumberland Falls and the Van hook falls and with a little drive did Diamond caverns so this was a good central hub for us.Definitely recommend this cabin!”
