“My husband and I stayed here o be near Auburn for The Canyons 100 mile race. The location is close to all. We could get to stores and restaurants quickly and easily. It served our purpose for what we needed. Fair price for the type of home. It is older and remodeled. I it was clean it is in a neighborhood and you can hear the neighbors dog barking but that want to Bad. We had ants but nothing we couldn’t Handel. “This was a celebration for my Niece's Birthday. My daughter lives in Sacramento and joined us. This apartment is in a good location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants. We spent Monday at Old Town and then short walk to Golden 1 for WWE. This is not a stand alone house. There are three apartments grouped together. It was clean and comfortable. ”

Location is in good proximity to restaurants and Sutter Helath park but not being familiar with the area made getting to the house a bit difficult (nearby construction and one way traffic). It didn’t impact our stay though, house was very clean and amenities were great.”
