“Property was clean, beds were comfortable and location was easy access to freeway. Had a nice back yard however we did not use. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and pots and pans. Had plenty of towels. Only negative was Wi-Fi. Very, very slow and constantly would loose connection. We were there for 11 days and enjoyed the home.”

I would rate communication with the property manager at 6 stars if I could, Tim was exceptional with communication from the moment I booked through checkout. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I would recommend 'le Petit Jardin' I was in town for a seminar which was nearby. This is a super quiet location and the bed was firm. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The room was clean and I felt like I was in this little garden retreat. I would stay here again the next time I am back in SAC.”

“We really enjoyed staying at this two bedroom. I would have to stay apartment. It was very clean. It was decorated very nicely and I actually didn’t really find anything wrong with the place. We will for sure. Stay here again when we’re back in town and it’s available. This is actually the second Apartment that we stayed in and both are very nice.”

“A lot of listings look really pretty/luxurious in photos, but are lackluster in person. This was not the case with this location! The space was just as beautiful, if not more, in person, and is so much more spacious than you would expect! The stairs are no joke, though! Truly jarringly steep even when you’re prepared. But it doesn’t take away from the space in the slightest. I personally think it adds to the charm.”
