“I booked this place for a quick overnight trip in Sacramento. The place can do with a little cleaning. There was food on the pull out bed, strands of hair on the floor and the blinds required some dusting. With all of that said I would stay the night again. The place was in a safe area, plenty of places to eat and everything was a reasonably priced. ”

“Comfortable and well located for walking to restaurants, attractions and public transportation. The property manager was easy to contact and responded quickly. We will return.”

“This is a wonderful home to stay in for relaxing get-a-way. It has everything I needed from kitchen supplies and coffee to bathroom accessories. The home is warm and welcoming. It even had an extra fun item added this time... little twinkling lights across the back trees at night, so lovely!”

“Killer view with a perfect little lookout area with cushioned seating. Great view from the hot tub as well. This in laws quarters unit is very well designed. Clean look but homey and a perfect space for a little getaway. 10 minutes from great food but still definitely tucked away up in the hills. There isn’t a stove/oven but they do provide a hot plate and air fryer in addition to all other kitchen essentials... all you really need anyway.”

“Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!”

“Such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It was very clean, and had everything we might need - easy parking, comfy beds, places to hang out (front room, kitchen, outdoors - tho it was cold for outside for is as we were visiting family for thanksgiving, but it looked very pleasant :) soaps, towels, dishes etc. It also had lovely decor while feeling very comfortable and was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again for sure. ”

“Loved staying in the loft, the stairs are quite steep so don’t recommend if you have any trouble climbing. Would definitely stay again if in the area”

“New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”
