Nice quiet neighborhood and really close to downtown Fort Bragg! Any small issues that came up were promptly addressed. Communication was excellent. Just sad they are selling the house. In a perfect world, I would have been able to buy it but just very grateful we had the 8 days to enjoy it!!”

“This place was perfect for a relaxing getaway in Fort Bragg! The house is right along the Haul Road trail, which takes you all the way to Glass Beach—about a 5-mile round trip with amazing views, so it’s worth the walk if you’re up for it. The house itself was really cozy, with beautiful ocean views and a nice level of privacy, which we loved. Also, it’s very dog-friendly, which made things so much easier for us and our pups. Some family members were camping at nearby MacKerricher State Beach, and the proximity of this property made it easy to enjoy time around the campfire and then return to the house for a warm bed and shower. Good communication with the owner. Highly recommend this property. ”

“The Sea Ranch home was absolutely amazing. Extremely well stocked kitchen with all the bells and whistles for cooking a delicious home cooked meal. Beds were comfortable and nice pillows. Very clean home and organized. All the games were a hit for my group of a mom’s weekend getaway. The home was located just north of Fort Bragg, very quick easy 5-7 minute drive into town. Hot tub was clean and worked great. We will definitely be going back!”

“Nice location. Pretty cabin. Quiet and tucked away. Nice yard. Cons were no fire wood provided for the wood stove and limited hot water. Water neither got hot enough or lasted long enough to fill the bathtub (not trying to fill all the way, just enough for a soak). Hot water supply also meant short showers. ”

“This property was fully equipped, has beautiful views of the ocean sitting above the road, is two stories ,has a deck on second floor and is walking distance to state beach. While water is reported potable it has a horrible color, which the owner fully disclosed so take you drinking water. ”
