“We were impressed with the cleanliness and coziness of the space—it felt welcoming and well cared for. The cottage was a comfortable spot to come back to after being out and about. One thing to note is that there wasn't a living room area, which we hadn’t expected. “My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house has everything you need for two people, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We loved the fresh eggs the owner left in the fridge for us, and my husband loved watching "Farm TV" thru the window in the mornings while he was having coffee and waiting for me to wake up. It's a short drive to Franklin, Leiper's Fork, and the Natchez Trace. I definitely recommend staying here. I hope we will have occasion to return!”

“My family & I traveled for my daughter’s high school softball tournaments & decided to stay. GREAT DECISION! Spacious, great location, private, & set up perfectly to prepare meals at home. Communication with host was easy & she answered all my questions. I would use this home again & recommend it for friends. As for most rentals, it could stand some updating & deep cleaning, & the bottle drive was tough, but it wasn’t anything that would keep me from renting again. We enjoyed the pingpong……
