“In town for a wedding in Spring Hill. Location was great. Inside the house was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. Cleanup process was easy. If you're looking for a home base for a vacation, I'd recommend this house.”

“Check in was really easy, everything was clean and orderly. It had great bathrooms, tall ceilings, big windows and off Street parking. The kitchen had utensils, silverware, easy to use dishwasher coffee machine espresso machine teapot hole nine yards. Stove worked dead pots and pans spices in the cabinet easy squeezy lemon peasy. The neighborhood was quiet the air conditioning worked well and there were multiple areas for friends to hang out and gather. Also supplied were reading material……

“We came to see our son and family and our little home was a delightful bonus. Just perfect for our needs and close to the baseball field for the four games we attended. We would live to stay here again.”

“Several family members traveled for a wedding in the Franklin area and stayed in the same area as the farmhouse in the condos offered by the same rental company. It was great having us all in the same location but private spaces. The location to town was great and the house was everything we needed!”

“This is a lovely historic cottage that reminds us our our grandparents homes when growing up. Two large bedrooms, vaulted ceilings and extra sitting areas made it a nice place to regroup and plan the next adventure. Being so close to downtown it was easy to walk and see it all. Great parking tucked in behind as well. Susan was a delight to work with on the reservation and was a very nice host. ”

“The hoose was very spacious with a large deck overlooking their beautiful property. Feels private but it’s also close to shops and restaurants and an easy drive into Nashville. The hosts were very communicative and professional and the house was clean and had every amenity you could need upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this property. ”
