“The location is great, easy to explore town from the location— bars, bakery, and restaurants within walking and downtown is a nice walk if quick drive. The description is accurate and worked great for 2 families with 5 kids. ”

“We loved this duplex! It’s cozy, but great for a family of four, especially if you plan to get out. Bedrooms were great, and communicating with Victoria was easy. She went above and beyond. The best, though, was the neighborhood. It’s walking distance to downtown and a lovely part of Durango. Plus, our pup was super comfortable and enjoyed walks each morning and night. WiFi worked well but was a little shaky when I was on work zooms. We didn’t cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked.”

“Far View Place had stunning views and easily accommodated our family! Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean (sounds silly, but we noticed especially how clean the floors were :)). Well appointed kitchen and beautiful artwork all around. The hot tub was perfectly placed for nighttime star gazing. The team at Red Cliff Properties was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Easy and pretty drive to get to our adventures in and around Durango. We would definitely return to Far View……

“The house is spacious and suited 3 generations well. This is our third summer in Durango and our favorite home. The location is close to town but feels remote. It is close to all the activities and restaurants. The kids loved watching the chipmunks. I miss it already. Dennis is wonderful to communicate with. ”

“This property was great, location was perfect for us as we would order our food and run into Durango to pick it up and be back at the house in less than 10 minutes. Because it is located on HWY 550 there is some traffic noise during day, but after dark the traffic slows way down. Again not an issue for us. The bed were all very comfortable and the showers in both baths had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Did have a couple of muke deer come up to the house in the evening. ”
