“Great experience! Very clean AND easy to keep clean. Spacious, lots of light and good views. We cook and found the kitchen was excellent! A block off Main Avenue and the great restaurants and coffee shops. Location of apartment is on a service street so there is no noisy traffic. Space for one car off street parking.We had six people over for supper and was comfortable and easy. Plenty of convenient storage space. It was just right for us! (our only 5 star rating for the 2024)”

“Our family of 4 came out for a quick weekend retreat to relax and enjoy Durango’s activities. This house was the perfect location for both downtown restaurants and shops as well as the hot springs. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was roomy and the yard was perfect for letting our dogs out in the cold alone. We will definitely come back!”

“Our son attends Ft Lewis College and we love the downtown area. We were able to be the stop between school and home for our son. Plus we were able to walk anywheer downtown. perfext size for the two of us and our fur baby. Kitchen is well stocked and the heated bathroom floor was a wonderful surprise! “10/10 recommend! We came up for a quick weekend stay as a family of 4 - kids ages 5 and 1. The condo was exactly as advertised and more spacious than expected. Bed and couch super comfortable . Hosts were friendly and responsive. Right off 550 but not noisy, and Great view of purgatory and mt engineer. Only con is a lot of construction around but that’s everywhere in Durango right now and did not bother us.”
