“Comfortable condo, pleasant (beautiful!) location. This place was just what we needed - accomodation for two generations of adults and a bunk room for the kids. Plenty of room to spread out, everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds!!! In all, a great vacation in SW Colorado.”

“The studio condo was perfect for our stay. The unit is immaculate and well-appointed. The resort offers lots of amenities. It is a short 15-20-minute drive into Durango and a good location also for visiting nearby Mesa Verde. ”

“The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango.”
