“This property has everything you need to make you comfortable. The host really took the time to make sure the bed was extremely comfortable, the towels were very absorbant and all the necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps were provided. Very nice attention to detail. Really appreciated the supply of coffee and everything needed in the kitchen. The ambience is friendly and relaxing.”

“Condo was as presented on line. Comfortable place to spend a couple nights while exploring Durango. The stairs into the unit from the parking lot provided a few extra steps. :) Also note that the loft bedroom was warm ...we used the fans provided but found it a bit challenging to get cooled down. Not a big deal, just fyi.. Convenient drive to downtown. I would stay here again.”

The owners were so kind and helpful with questions and allowed an early check-in since we were in town early. We will definitely be staying here again!”

“Big open floor plan. Two bed two bath -- separated for privacy for all. One suite up, one down. Great light and outdoor space. I would stay there again for sure. ”

“My family of four stayed here for five nights. It was a tight squeeze but we made it work. The condo is about a 10 minute walk to the main lift. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook with, pots, pans, toaster, small crock pot....but no dishwasher. I was a little surprised that there wasn't a dishwasher, but it was fine. There was plenty y of blankets and pillows and the long bed was cozy to sleep on. Host was also very responsive and fast. ”

“I think your representation on the web site should include the fact that there are 41 steps up to the property. That information could be critical to some potential renters. It was fine for us!”

“Small but efficient. It was around 90 degrees which I was told was hotter than normal but the little a/c window units could not keep up during peak of heat. Very Clean and everything worked well. ”

“The house was awesome and new. We cooked a pasta dish and had everything we needed. Coffee and tea bar is really nice. Beautiful views. Visited the state park and did a nice mountain bike ride. I would definitely go back to this house.”
