“The Leland House is a really cool historic building just south of Main Street next to Lola's (Great little spot for food). Parking in back down the alley was easy to find, but might be a little tight with a bigger vehicle. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in when we arrived. All information for check in was texted to us. The Leland team was very responsive when we needed to communicate with them. Since the building is old there is some noise from outside and in the……

“This was everything we hoped for and more. We enjoyed truly relaxing mornings with coffee on the porch listening to the river and watching the hummingbirds and blue jays. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay in Durango! The house was very spacious, with everything you could possibly need, and laid out to give plenty of separation. We spent lots of time on the porch just enjoying the breeze and the sounds of the wind through the trees. We saw deer in the yard, and the kitty cat that hung out was very sweet. Very good location for going to Durango and Mesa Verde. We would definitely return!”
