“Super location - the property is a block away from main street (which is perfect for a bit of privacy). The floorplan is open, comfy and modern. We found the kitchen to be very usable and well-stocked. We absolutely loved the balcony overlooking the quiet street below. It's a great spot to have an evening glass of wine or coffee in the morning. We would definitely rent from here again.”

“My daughter and I stayed in one of the “tree house” units in Ferringway. We knew there would be stairs which was fine but the top landing was not well lit. I failed to see that there were two steps down to the landing at the top and stumbled. My knees took quite a hit. Ouch. Otherwise, the unit was nice and it was great to have a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood most of the time. ”
