“Clean, quiet location (no road noise on Mountain View side), very friendly staff. Amenities we appreciated: tables & lamps on both sides of both Q beds, 2 doors to the room (indoor and outdoor access), big windows we could open, elevator to 2nd floor, Kleenex and waste baskets aplenty, jacuzzi tub in room, spacious room. Enough horizontal surfaces to put stuff. Very nicely decorated. And clean! Walking access to river via underground tunnel.”

“This is my second time staying at the lodge. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was great to only be a few miles out of Boulder and surrounded by such beauty. The drive through the canyon is breathtaking. You arrive at the lodge and it is like stepping back in time to simpler times. The sound of the creak and the smell of campfire. “Staying in this place was very comfortable. Nice place for both short and long term vacation. We got a penthouse for 5 day staying. 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom was great for couples or family. Although the location was about 15 minutes uphill from the Golden town but the view was totally worth it. We didn't have time to try all the facilities in the place recommended by the staff. Overall, this was a great place if you travel to Banff or Jasper.”
