“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. “We got a condo room and it was great. We went during mud season because of smaller crowds. Many of the amenities were closed down, but there was no indication on the website or anywhere else that anything was closed. I assumed the standard amenities would be included, but only the pool and fitness center was open. The desk staff wasn’t very attentive, but the cleaning staff was amazing.”

“Everything was amazing aside from the fact that our room did not have AC or even a fan that was functional so we had to leave the windows open. Which for the time of year was perfect but later in the summer will definitely be an issue. ”
