“Beautiful cottage. Clean and lots of natural light with a water front decor. The outdoor shower is incredible and the outdoor seating is large and soothing. Waterfront location key. The master bedroom, closet and bath were luxurious. Two other bedrooms a bit small for large boys but they fit. Great time. Close to Hamptons and boat rentals. ”

“Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). “While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location.
