“Das Apartment entsprach nicht den im Internet gezeigten Bildern. Die Möbel waren sehr veraltet, teilweise beschädigt und das Ganze wirkte schmuddelig. Zudem war die Dusche defekt, weshalb wir kalt duschen mussten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die zentrale Lage, die es ermöglichte, alles bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen.”

“The room was clean and had just been remodeled, which was nice. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. In the bathroom, there was an extra room that looked like it wasn’t fully remodeled yet, which felt incomplete. The service was disappointing—staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was a lot of waiting time for even simple requests. While the room itself was updated, the overall hotel felt old and outdated, not modern or inviting. Not the best……

“Varm welcoming and a cosy, familiar atmosphere. Very clean and fresh everywhere. We really liked this place. Excellent dinner with excellent service. And the room was great. Modern but still nice and cosy. We would love to return to the Sax family at Klosterhof. ”

“The condition of the rooms is poor. Furniture is worn out and at least my bathroom (toilet) barely flushed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was OK. In general, I was disappointed with the hotel and would not stay there again.”

“Voor de 2e keer een overnachting geboekt op de terugweg naar Nederland en het bevalt ons zeer goed. Het hotel is erg netjes, ruime familiekamers, zeer goed ontbijt, en diner ook erg lekker! We zijn verbaasd dat het hotel maar 3 sterren heeft!”
