This hotel is on the main drag so there was a little traffic noise (I always travel with a white noise generator for just such instances!) but not too bad. The location is in the middle between Nye Beach (ocean) and the bay; we walked to those location. We made the quick drive over the bridge to the aquarium, marine center and Rogue Brewery for dinner.
