“Excellent communication, helpful tips, air conditioning was a life saver for the heat. Patio and deck were lovely to spend time amongst the trees. I partticularly enjoyed the old school microwave and hood, and found the kicthen to be very capable. The baby travel crib was super helpful as well for our 9 month old.”

“The five of us really enjoyed our stay. The property is wonderful and well stocked. We were surprised to have the hot tub maintenance person show up one day around 8am, but otherwise it was an extremely peaceful and private spot. Would stay there again! ”

“Nice view, can walk to beach, especially liked the hose next to front door making it easy to wash off sand before coming into house. Well stocked kitchen, comfy living room. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and the kitchen was convenient. I highly recommend kayaking on the Russian River. We had a fantastic tour guide and there were very few people around so we got to enjoy the wildlife. Being from Wisconsin, we have always poked fun at the California Happy Cow commercials. It turns out that the cows in Sonoma County do appear happy. I can't yet vouch for the rest of your beautiful state.”

“Our stay was fantastic! The cabin was everything we needed for a few days; cozy, and quiet. The outdoor spaces were great and the hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. The host was super helpful and responded to my questions almost immediately. ”

“We loved our stay here! Booked this for my partner’s birthday trip with friends and had an amazing time. Walking distance to the river and spitting distance from restaurants and shops in Guerneville. The deck was incredible for hanging out on with the hot tub and electric fire pit. ”

“We really loved our stay at the Lookout. The house was inviting, comfortable and very well appointed. My only suggestions for improvement are screen door needed on the sliders to the deck to keep bugs and most importantly yellow jackets out of the house. Additionally, one or two yellow jacket traps on/near the deck would help as well. Otherwise we loved it and would totally stay here again.”
