“Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We rented a Jeep from Airport Car Rental. While expensive, it was worth it since we did encounter some very rough patches of roadway. We were fortunate to be visiting the island during Regatta. It was a really fun week. Also, we highly recommend renting a boat from Minns. “Loved the Villa. The grill and air fryer were a big bonus. Ditto the beach lounge chairs - which were perfect for the short walk to Jolly Hall Beach. Walked to town 5 days, but always got a cab back. Lounged on the upper deck over coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Can't wait to return!!!! Excellent communication, before and during the stay. Six stars from me!!!”

“This home is the most impressive we have stayed at...including the best resorts. No matter what you could think of needing, Paul has taken care of it. The property managers are easy to contact and so very helpful. The location is even better than Exuma Bay. With 2 washers and dryers you are able to do all of your laundry so plan on bringing less clothing. The pool is heated and has lights for evening and night swimming. There are plenty of floats, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board to enjoy. ……

“Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)”

“The Jolly Turtle House had everything our group needed for a great vacation! There was ample room for our group of 9. The pool and use of water toys is great and the gas grill was nice for when we stayed at the house to cook. Derek was extremely responsive and very helpful! He helped us arrange rides to and from the airport to the property. The use of the cars as part of the house is such a great perk of this property! ”

“We spent a week in March 2025 in this new renovated villa. This small villa is like a simple cottage. The villa is located on the grounds of Hideaways Beach Resort at Palm Bay. This villa is privately owned and does not belong to this resort. From the villa to the sandy beach it's only a few steps. Unfortunately, you can only use the Hideaways Resort's pool for a fee.
