“Family of 3 with a 8 year old kid traveling from US . We did get a room upgrade with sea view . Staff across the property was very courteous and always helpful . As we are vegetarian , food was really good with various options in every meal . We did a few fine dinning options during our stay and the chef went out of way to accommodate our vegetarian and dietary needs . Special curated drinks were made on requests . Evening entertainment was good for kids and adults . Would definitely come back……

“Hotels actually in the restricted vehicle area of Side so you have to drive up to the gate and tell a guy you're going to the Neptune Hotel so that he'll lift the gate. Hotel itself is a little beat up but the staff are really helpful the location is spectacularly good ”

“This was our first time in Side so we didn't know what to expect, we found this hotel for an awesome price online and seen that the reviews were good and now we see why. This hotel was incredible, by far the best we had stayed in for a long time, you can really tell the owner puts alot of love and care into his business. The hotel was very clean all around, the pool was amazing and the room is stunning with a super comfy bed and a fantastic powerful shower. The staff here had exceptional……

“應該算是民宿了，提供一個價格低廉地點良好的住宿點。距離海邊很近，而且景點都不遠，沿途散步過去，其實很舒服。淋浴熱水是溫涼水，看來還是適合夏天住，房間內wifi很弱。還好空調很正常”

“Location of property means alot of walking or taxis to get around, the property is clean and rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. For a 4 star property the food choice seemed poor overall, some dishes we're tasty but I found myself eating out sometimes. Not to sure chips as a breakfast choice is right I would rather they had a machine for toasting bread.”
