“Good location, nice views on the canal in certain rooms, good bedding. In the 1st floor, rooms above restaurant, a lot of noises.... very bad soundproof.”

“15 min walk from bus stop to the main gate , no shuttle available ,, hard to walk with luggage Cabin is very clean,, bring your own kitchenware, towels , home are, personal care , it’s more like camping, restaurant has really good food but for family staying few days it’s costly ”

“Beautiful property with very large modern rooms. It has everything we needed and was right in the middle of Venice so very close to return during the day for a break. Even though it is in the middle of things, it was very quiet and felt very secluded. Our lounge and kitchen overlooked the canal which was very nice if spending some time in the room. Would definitely stay again. Only criticism was that I did not receive the check in information so I had to message when we had landed. I may have……

“We were there for only a very short time but the place was just as listed. Very clean. Good communication. She let us keep our bags in the apartment until 12:30pm the following day while we were still exploring. ”

Communication with property manager was poor partly because VRBO messaging was not functioning and property manager was not consistently responding to email with complete decisions. Mosquitoes are a problem in this property. After arriving and finding windows opened by maid, we closed windows and used air conditioner. Yet, despite killing all mosquitoes that day, there were more to greet us each night after touring. Property manager and maid had been in the property……
