“Very good location and close to the botanical gardens”

“The premises were immaculate, but the road between the garage and hotel needs sweeping, and the area is litter-strewn. Well-trained, professional and friendly staff - the hotel deserves ***** for that.”

Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!”

“The tents were in good condition the beds were super comfy and it was suitable for our stay.. a small fridge in the room would be good and a tea and coffee station would also be appreciated. In one of the tents the duvet had been burnt which made the sleep a little uncomfortable but on a whole we were super happy.. the staff were all super friendly and helpful. ”

“The staff are friendly. It was well kept and maintained. I find most of the complaints irrelevant. The bath needs to be redone and the geyser was off when we got there, but otherwise all good. ”

“The owners were very nice and tried very hard to make my stay nice. My problem was that there is no washer in the unit, the washer is in their house and I would have to go in their house to do laundry. When the advertisement lists washer, it should be in the place you're staying, not have to go somewhere else to do laundry. And there is a pic of a dining room but that is also in their main house, not in the unit itself. I find that to be misleading. The smell of marijuana is so strong it made……

“I did not enjoy the stay. I had to ask 3 times for an iron. Other guests did not follow the rules wrt noise which went on till after 12, inconsiderate of other guests and the staff did nothing to address this, so overall not a nice stay. ”
